$LAVE$ Supplemental Terms of Use

This is an English translation for convenience. In case of any discrepancy the Russian version prevails.

1.Governing documents

$LAVE$ is an independent third-party mini app in Telegram (the "Service"). These supplemental terms (the "Supplement") apply together with:

• the Telegram Mini Apps Terms of Service;
• the Telegram Standard Privacy Policy for Bots and Mini Apps;
• any other mandatory Telegram terms applicable to the user and the Service.

Those documents are incorporated into this Supplement by reference. The Supplement governs only the specific features of $LAVE$. In case of conflict, mandatory Telegram terms prevail with respect to the Telegram platform, and this Supplement prevails with respect to the user's relationship with $LAVE$, to the extent permitted by law.

Telegram is not the owner, operator, partner or guarantor of $LAVE$ and is not responsible for its content, features, rewards, purchases, users or support.

2.Acceptance and 18+ age

By tapping "Yes, I am 18", the user confirms that they:

• are at least 18 years old;
• have the required legal capacity;
• have read and accept this Supplement and the Telegram terms above;
• have reviewed the supplemental $LAVE$ Privacy Policy.

If the user is under 18 or does not agree, they must tap "Exit" and stop using the Service. Parental permission does not override the 18+ restriction.

3.Nature of the game

$LAVE$ is a satirical entertainment game. The terms "slave", "slaveholder", "buy", "steal", "chains", "whip", "brand", "ownership", "free yourself" and similar words denote only game mechanics.

They do not create any real ownership of a person, do not establish labor, debt, sexual or other relationships, and do not justify violence, exploitation, discrimination or human trafficking.

The in-game "dossier", epithets, captions, the approximate age of a Telegram account and joke metrics may be computed, random, approximate or fictional. They are not facts about a person, a professional assessment or a statement by the Operator about their qualities.

4.Account and user conduct

Access to the Service is tied to the user's Telegram account. The user is responsible for account security and actions taken through it, except where caused by the Operator's breach of its duties.

It is prohibited to:

• impersonate another person or use someone else's account/payment instrument;
• use auto-clickers, bots, account farms, scripts, exploits or restriction bypasses;
• interfere with the code, payments, game balances, rankings or security;
• collect, export or aggregate other users' data;
• use data obtained via Telegram to train or test AI models;
• use the Service for unlawful purposes.

The Operator may correct an erroneous result, restrict a feature, freeze an operation or block an account in case of rule violation, fraud, a security threat or a lawful requirement.

5.Virtual items and $LAVE$

$LAVE$ game tokens, points, levels, characters, "slaves", chains, whips, energy, cosmetics and other in-game items are elements of the Service's functionality.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, they:

• are not money, e-money, securities or investments;
• grant no right to a share, income, dividends or a future token;
• have no guaranteed value or liquidity outside the game;
• are provided as a limited right of use inside the Service.

The Operator may change the game balance and the characteristics of future accruals. Items obtained due to an error, payment refund, automation, fraud or rule violation may be corrected or voided.

6.Purchases via Telegram Stars

Payment for digital goods and features inside Telegram is made via Telegram Stars. The price and contents of a purchase are shown before confirmation.

The user is responsible for the deliberateness of the purchase and the legality of the payment instrument. If Stars are refunded, the corresponding game item, benefit or result may be revoked or adjusted.

For an undelivered purchase or a refund, the user contacts support via /paysupport. Telegram is not responsible for fulfilling a $LAVE$ purchase; applicable mandatory consumer rights are preserved.

7.GRAM as a reward

GRAM in $LAVE$ is only a game/promo reward, granted by the Operator under the Service's rules.

The GRAM balance is a technical record of an accrued reward. If withdrawal is available, the user may submit a request to receive the reward in TON. The Operator may set a minimum amount, limits, timelines, network fees, wallet, age, anti-fraud, AML/KYC checks and territorial restrictions.

A correctly accrued reward may be delayed, corrected or voided in case of a technical error, duplication, abuse, automation, hacking, fraud, rule violation or a mandatory requirement. A Stars purchase is not a purchase of GRAM and does not guarantee a reward or income.

TON is volatile and blockchain operations may be irreversible. The user is responsible for the correctness of the wallet address and their own tax obligations. GRAM and any TON payout are not a deposit, an investment or a promise of yield.

8.User content and interactions

The user is responsible for the descriptors, captions, messages, reactions, invitations, posts, story/share cards and other materials they create ("User Content").

By posting content, the user confirms they have the necessary rights and grants the Operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to store, technically modify, display and distribute it to the extent needed to operate, moderate and protect the Service.

Prohibited:

• threats, harassment, defamation, stalking and hate speech;
• sexual content involving minors and intimate materials without consent;
• doxxing and publication of non-public personal data;
• fraud, spam, phishing and malicious code;
• infringement of copyright, privacy and other rights;
• any unlawful content.

Content is created by users and is not the Operator's opinion or endorsement. The Operator may, but is not obliged to, pre-screen all content; it may hide, remove or restrict it and block the violator.

9."Phantoms" and invitations

A "phantom" is a limited game record created from a publicly available Telegram username/ID of a person who has not yet entered the Service. It is not a statement about the person's real status and transfers no rights over them.

The user is prohibited from creating "phantoms" for stalking, mass data collection, harassment or unlawful involvement of people. Free user text about a real person must not be used for a "phantom".

A person who discovers a record related to them may request its hiding and deletion via /delete_data in support. To protect against deletion of others' data, verification via the relevant Telegram account may be required.

10.Availability and disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, absence of errors, preservation of specific progress, ranking or game balance, compatibility with all Telegram versions, a token launch, the value of rewards or the achievement of a financial result.

The Service depends on Telegram, the TON network, wallets, hosting and other independent systems the Operator does not control.

11.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect losses, lost profit, loss of expected value, game progress or user content, nor for the actions of users, Telegram, wallets, the blockchain and other independent providers.

If the Operator's liability is established, its aggregate amount is limited to the greater of: the amount actually paid by the user over the last three months, or the equivalent of EUR 50. The limitation does not apply to liability that the law prohibits limiting.

The user reimburses documented reasonable losses from third-party claims directly caused by their unlawful content, fraud or intentional violation of others' rights, to the extent permitted by law.

12.Changes and termination

The Operator may change the Service and this Supplement. The current version is published at a permanent link with a number and date. For material changes, re-acceptance is requested where required by law.

The user may stop using the Service and request data deletion via support. The Operator may restrict or terminate access in case of rule violation, a security threat, project shutdown or a lawful requirement.

Mandatory law that cannot be excluded by agreement applies to the relationship. Nothing in the Supplement deprives the user of mandatory consumer or data-subject rights.
